Mat - the young man who checked me in upon arrival was incredible - professional-polite and a genuine delight as returning a car is often stressful
Had the vehicle reserved for an 8am pickup and they didn’t have a vehicle for me until 8:35am. That put me behind all day, which lead to me missing the kickoff of the Cowboys game in Arlington TX.
Very nice rental, but the staff was not. Guests ahead of me were greeted with excitement and kindness. I received rude behavior. Made my first rental experience bad.
The check in booth was closed, so National did the check in. The car was tiny, had 50000 miles on it, and was a very rough ride. Not good value for money.
