Pros:The staff was nice while picking up the car. I didn't have to wait in a long line either.
Cons:Overall, the cost with all the fees added was a bit high. I would probably reconsider doing a rental car versus just using Uber in the future.

Booked car Sept. 2021. Went to pick it up July 2022, they said they couldn't process it. No car for me. Very poor service.
Alamo's customer service was great! The Toyota Corolla car was very uncomfortable. Difficult to get in and out of because the seats are too low. 1
