It was ok. They charge me for extra for insurance and took away my unlimited mileage. With those charges I would not recommend ace to anyone.

People were friendly. Didn’t like it was somewhat far from airport. Had to take two busses of sorts. Also the car was not the cleanest.

Poor management. Car had breaking issues. Will not rent from them again. Charging $9 extra for using insurance provided by credit card.

Spend the extra money and rent from a more reputable company. I had a kind and knowledgeable agent for check-in, but the lady across the desk who was helping other customers was extremely rude and has no business in customer service. Super unprofessional. My car was a little dirty and wasn’t the smoothest to drive… Also a hassle having to take two shuttles from the airport.
