Stay away they are crooks after I left and check out was complete they said all was good . I paid my bill and was given a receipt two days later I was sent an email for damage that wasn’t there the estimate was $1200 . No contact with ace tried for days to reach claims no return call . It was a total scam that I am still fighting . Do not use they are not trustworthy. STAY AWAY……..

The price was great. The car was new, with low miles but the seats were all stained light gray fabric. The check in process is a bit odd - you speak with an agent via a teleconference screen and have to find and email to them documents at the time. The car wasn’t ready so there was about a 20 minute wait after the teleconference process.
