BMW car rentals in Warsaw

Pick up and drop off was fast and professional! Great value for the car size and rental time. Shuttle service to the airport could be better. We waited almost a whole hour after dropping off our vehicle.

This rental agency is a scam.

Vehicle was very low on gas. We put gas in and then when we brought it back it had a lot more gas in then when we picked it up. They refused to reimburse us for the extra gas that we had paid for. Very frustrating. I feel like this is their way of ripping us off

This was actually a nightmare. We reserved the car weeks in advance. We get there and the man working at the desk was incredibly rude. My boyfriend has an international license - I made the reservation to pick up the car. We came prepared with someone who has the license to get the car, but because I made the reservation and pre-payed the $160 they refused to loan us the car. He stated that in order for us to take the car, we would need to pay an additional $650. I asked the gentleman to NOT cancel our reservation so that we could go and figure out what we were going to do, as it was 11pm and there were not many options. Luckily we found a very kind person working at another car rental service that was able to help us. When I went back to let him know what we had decided on, he stated “I already cancelled your rental- you likely won’t be refunded for more than 1/5 of your trip.” First of all, I had never requested for the rental to be cancelled, so if we had decided to stick with Sixt, we would have been completely screwed. On opt of that, I still have not been contacted by Sixt and have not received any refund whatsoever. I needed a rental to get to a wedding. Instead of paying the $150 that I had pre-paid, it ended up costing me over $500 for a rental. Thank you Sixt for making my experience a living hell.

I would liked to have the car or a refund but I got no car and no refund

The Enterprise staff member in Bydgoszcz did not know I was returning the car at the specified place and time. (I called in advance.) He stated that this was a last minute reservation (which it was not) and tried to obfuscate and justify his lack of preparedness. My suggestion is for the company actually to train their people in dealing with public and to incentivize staff members to look at IT systems showing drop offs and pick ups well in advance.

Agent gave instructions to get the car at parking garage # D 10. No agent or car was fund. This spot belongs to somebody else. After a lot of help from nice polish People, which spoke English we got in touch with the “ office “ They have no Office in Elk, Phone # wasn’t working either. We waited 3 hours before someone showed up. We originally ordered a SUV, which was confirmed. They gave me a Mercedes GL 200, which hardly has any trunk space . Stay away from this company is my advice.
