I had given flight number and my car was reserved at the wrong airport. I called Alamo and they told me I was out of luck. So I got gauged by Avis

Easy to Order but the 1/2 hr wait for counter staff to work without internet was a pain. Staff were doing their best at the time. Just lucky it was a sunday

It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I will definitely talk about my experience at six with all my friends and I will definitely rent from them again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, no wait or hassle. Did not try to push me to buy insurance or any other extras.

I have rented from Sixt in the US before and had a good opinion of them. The price was good and the drop off instructions were handy and acurate. This is the first time I've rented from them in Europe and there were a few things that tarnished their corporate image of them. First, they didn't have my desired car. I was upgraded to a compact SUV because compact car that I booked was unavailable -- a small car for the small streets of Spanish towns would have been better and I don't like higher rides. It was also hard to find the car in Seville lot and nobody from Sixt was around to help. I also felt pressured by the agent in Seville to get additional insurance that I didn't need. The drop off location in Grenada is in an underground parking lot that wasn't well lit.

Wish the extra day needed to return the car was at the same daily price as the original price booked.

The lady at the desk was brutal. I wanted to change my booking from three days to one day. She said she couldn’t do it. On top of that she insisted on charging me for three days insurance. There was no effort to work with me.

Pick up was chaotic with several cars untenable due to smoke smell. No one to help with pickup which resulted in having to take a larger size car and being told on exit that it would be more expensive. Car we choose was also only 1/2 full w gas. Drop off was totally different. The desk staff was very helpful and made sure we were not up-charged or charged for gas we didn’t use. Good customer service.

My flight was delayed that day and I decided to rent a car at the last moment, but put in the next day, rather than that same day. Hertz refunded my money for the rental after I cancelled, even though they did not have to.

My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and the Hertz staff did everything in their power to get me a car as quickly as possible so I didn't miss the wedding I was flying into town for.

Horrible! I had to wait 4 hours to receive my car after the person at the desk said it would only be 30 minutes

The entire experience before renting caused me cancel before receiving the car

Worst rental experience in my life! Couldn’t find my reservation, then said it was at a different location. Told me to take the shuttle, waited, no shuttle came. Went to car area, told me there was nothing they could do. Long line of people waiting for cars, people complaining that their car wasn’t available and given a pick up when they couldn’t drive one. Another customer came back because air didn't work. Went to counter again, was told again to go to other location. When asked how to get there I was told either light rail or Uber. I finally took a taxi at my own expense, got to the door and that location was closed!! It had been closed since before my plane even landed. My taxi had left, had to call another to take me to my hotel, again at my own expense. Missed my event that evening. I did not keep the reservation and have complaint with company in process. I will never use them again.

Check-in and drop-off agent was very good - efficient and friendly.

They didn’t give me the vehicle they didn’t even try to help I had to rent another car for $900 and I wasted 4 hours

They didn’t have any cars for anyone. Terrible experience. Will never use them again

Pick up was poor. Customer service told me to go sit down my car wasn ready. Wouldn't take the time to discuss if a similar car would be available. Just repeating go sit down. Waited nearly 30 minutes to get a car. When I finally got my papers there were several cars that were the exact same make and model as what I got sitting in the row.

The Bluetooth wad unfamiliar to me and the guys got it working for me.

Enterprise was closed when we arrived, no one told us they closed at 5, even though we clearly stated our plane arrived at 430. Had to book with hertz and eat a $70 Uber ride.
