I like most the cleanliness of the car.

Terrible I did not receive the car due to unexpected reason related with my driven license. All other rental car companies offered me a car. In addition, three times I asked them if I will be charged, the answer was clear received from them: No sire , you cannot be charged. I was charged accordingly without any pre-notice. The worse services that I have ever received and I am a bossiness traveller from 16 years. Shame on them. My company will get in contact with them. I will not recommend at all this Fox company. No more comment. I am still negatively surprised of their atitude.

TPA has a train from the car rental area to the terminal but Easirent is off property so you need to take a shuttle to/from the train stop. The check in was slow. Two people working for a crowded waiting area. The car needed a wash but more importantly it smelled like a mix of pee and smoke. It only had ~8k miles so it wasn’t old but it smelled. The price was right but I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Their support is non-existent. Just pay the little extra to go with a bigger brand and avoid this one.

Easirent was not at airport. It’s halfway across Austin. I abandoned the car pickup and got an UBER to our airBnB instead. When I went to pick up the car later on my second Uber I found it in an industrial park area, which wasn’t terribly concerning, but it had a couple red flags. Just not a place I would want to bring my family. Finally when I arrived the scene was utter chaos. I saw an employee walking around looking for a car clicking the key unlock to locate it while dozens of customers looked destitute and as frustrated as I was with the experience of not finding their car at the airport. As I walked inside I found a waiting area full of crying children and families waiting for cars and a line of the drivers about 8 deep with no one at the counter answering questions. It was then that the same employee from the parking lot walked back in and stepped behind the desk to continue what sounded like a frustrated conversation of a desperate customer to just take the quickest option to get a car and leave. After trying to ask the sole employee what the odds of getting my car in the next hour or two was I decided that I wasn’t prepared to do business with this company and ordered my return Uber to the airBnB and ordered a Turo car for the rest of our visit with a brilliant experience. Hugely disappointing overall. Would not recommend. Please avoid. I haven’t chased down the couple hundred of dollars that we lost on the reservation and not getting a car yet, but I’m not holding my breath.

Pick up and drop off was fast and professional! Great value for the car size and rental time. Shuttle service to the airport could be better. We waited almost a whole hour after dropping off our vehicle.

This rental agency is a scam.

Vehicle was very low on gas. We put gas in and then when we brought it back it had a lot more gas in then when we picked it up. They refused to reimburse us for the extra gas that we had paid for. Very frustrating. I feel like this is their way of ripping us off

pick up time was quite long but it was a busy day and I just missed one bus so 30 mins wait for the next. Better instructions to locate the bus would help

Despicable

This company is a scam. Despite the fact that I had proof of insurance, they demanded that I show the declaration page of my policy. Of course nobody carries that around. I have been renting cars for many years and proof of insurance is all that is ever required. So they said that in order to rent a car, I would have to buy $46 worth of insurance from them. I left and rented from another company. Please issue a full refund plus an additional $50 for lost time and aggravation. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

simple process, vehicle of the year

It would be nice to know which make and model car you are reserving and which features would be available. The vehicle and staff were satisfactory otherwise.

Rented a Mercedes Benz in Miami and rain started to pour, I discovered that car didn’t have the blade in windshield wipers! It was missing and the wiper on the passenger side was not working!! Very dangerous!! Had to record a video because it was incredible to get a car in such poor basic condition. Very disappointed

The time taken to get the vehicle was proficient, and the vehicle was clean and as described.

Everything was perfect, from pickup to drop off.

The pick up location did not honor the price you gave me and they have yet to return the full deposit

Pickup and drop-off was a snap. Car was clean and in good shape. I will use Enterprise again for car rental

The waiting line at Miami was very long and then the vehicle we had reserved was not immediately available. Total time from getting line to leaving with our rental vehicle was more than two hours. The actual vehicle once delivered was very nice and as promised.

Sharle ( ?) who checked us in when we picked up the car was especially kind and efficient with a long line of people waiting for cars and the usual problems of lost items left in car, etc. She really kept her cool and remained helpful and kind to all. Well done!
