Budget Miami Airport refused to rent us the car due to us using debit card instead of credit card. And they have failed to process a refund, as we had paid upfront.

No explanation provided for the additional charges that were automatically added to the rental agreement ,which were not required. I was simply asked to sign a lengthy document without chance to read it. A further £501.26 as been debited from my credit card without any explanation/ final invoice showing what the charges relate to. If you are able to provide a contact email address for budget at Miami airport this would be appreciated.

Made a reservation, showed up, no cars. People waiting hours. Called another location. Made another reservation. Got a call from them while in the taxi on the way there: no cars at that location either, canceling our reservation. Went with Alamo instead.
