The service rep was extremely unpleasant and try to charge $2408.25 in American dollars. He did not state the price of the insurance cost. I assumed it was going to be inexpensive. I decided not to rent the car if I had to pay that much which is extremely expensive. I am disappointed and dissatisfied and highly concern with how they do business. I would not recommend any one to rent from them.

Took 2 hours to check in and get my car. I booked online and when I arrived it wasn’t available. They also tried to charge me for the drop off at a different airport after I had already prepaid for it online. Car was not clean, dust and dirt inside it everywhere. Watch as they may try to buckle and dime you.

The check in was terrible The desk girl was terrible! Despotic, And of course they make me buy the insurance! Other wise I would have to leave a deposit in my credit card of $ 50,000.00!!

Despite having a reservation, they did not have a car large enough for our group. This happened to us once before, never again. Both times we ended up renting from a local agency, and had much better experiences. Just look up local options on google maps and contact them, like you would larger agencies.

Had reserved a pickup truck for 10:00AM but no pickups avavilable until after 6:00PM. No offer to accomodate us with another vehicle at a reasonable price. AVIS is off my list.

The rate that is given on line is not what you end up paying. They force you to get this (MANDATORY) insurance that sounds like a scam to me. I end up paying double the rate of the reservation.

I made a reservation I had been sent a confirmation e mail and a code to pick my car up when I landed in Guadalajara they said I never made a reservation even tho I showed them my confirmation email they acted like I never reserved anything!!! It went from being 500 for the car to it being 1700$ plus 2000$ deposit we where basically stranded in Guadalajara which we are not familiar at all with !!

Didn't even take the car. They kept saying to get the car I needed a separated insurance from the one I purchased. I've done rentals with them before and never did they offer it. My reservation was for $500 and the insurance they were forcing me to get was $1,600. That's ridiculous.

Picked up at 2am car dirty, after a getting on the road notice breaks were bad and it had transmission problems. Get home slept and at 12 noon went to the local Eurocar to return it or get a replacement. Was told no cars available to take it back to the airport where I got it. Went to the airport after rush hour, told them the situation and I was told I would have to wait 1 hour for an available car. I said I rather just return car early. They said in that case you will be charged one whole day plus 5% early return fee. With the car status I shouldn’t be charge 5% fee or even a whole day. At the end my credit card was charge the full amount of the beginning rental of five days. Will take it up with my credit card. I was given a supervisors number to call, phone rang with no answer. Bad business
