Great employee in Monastir Airport, named Maher! Perfect english, so we had no problems with speaking about details of renting. He explained us everything, and very quick went through all the paperwork and car inspection. In addition he is very friendly and smiling person- even said we can phone him if we have some problems in Tunisia beside renting a car. I really recommend using Europcar, especially if Maher is there!
The car was booked for airport pickup. My husband took a cab to the airport only to be told he had to go to humet souk to pick up the car. On return, he was told he could not drop off at airport but had to return to humet souk and for 100 plus dinar he could drop at airport. He declined and paid 40 dinar for a taxi. Not happy with the service and are disappointed in Budget

Car was not washed. Not very performing on highway. AC not very cold. Airport pickup outside at 40 degrees…. Would’ve been nice to have an office inside like the other conpanies.
Sixt cancelled the reservation without prior notification. On the pick-up date, I showed up in their offices in vain and there was no effort whatsoever by Sixt to help find a solution. A complete waste of time. The money was reimbursed, with a few dollars less allegedly due to different exchange rates on the booking and cancellation dates. I will never trust Sixt again.

I booked a car with Sixt via Kayak only to find out that no cars were available upon arrival. Why would you allow me to believe I have a car available only to find out I have no ride at my final destination? Ugh...
