Cons:Nothing! It was wonderful. The car was brand new, seated 7 and drove great. The customer service was fast and friendly too.
The service and vehicle were great. However, the price was so high that on future trips we will strongly consider driving our own vehical.
Quick pick-up. Easy drop-off. The vehicle was a clean, quality SUV. The only issue, which I forgot to report upon drop-off, was the door lock button in the door did not work, had to use the key fob to lock the vehicle.
The windshield whipper blades were in need of replacing and it snowed the majority of the time that we had the car. It made for a very scary situation.
Pickup at the Missoula airport requires a short walk to an outlying location just beyond the terminal (no reflection on Thrify). Staff wasn’t very friendly. A chip in the windshield wasn’t indicated as previous damage so we had to call and report it. Car was very clean. Easy return.
