Car was old 68000 Kms and stank of cigarettes and tire pressure warning light was on even though tires ok. Also Europcar sign not shown at Yelo so didn't know where to go. Staff helpful and courteous. Engine seemed well maintained.
Check in was extremely slow, car had limited mileage, Bluetooth didn’t work, was charged for pre-existing damage, pick-up and drop-off attendants were rude, and I was overcharged. Would never rent from this agency again. I’ve rented cars in 40+ countries and this was one of the worst experiences to-date.

Did not get the vehicle I booked. Neither did I get an alternative vehicle. I had to do a taxi from airport along with my family. Very poor service. Agents in Jeddah were not helpful at all. I am very disappointed. Hopefully my deposit is returned by now on my credit card

Every city take different insurance and etch city new insurance And I paid more money
This place is a nightmare. It took me 2.5 hours to get my car. First, Kayak lists the agency as in Terminal, which it is not. The agency is in the airport parking structure. It is difficult to get to the office in the parking structure as several of the elevators are closed but you won’t know this until you walk all the way to the end of the terminal, and then find the elevators closed and need to walk all the way back to access an elevator (some signage could fix this problem). Then in the parking structure you need to walk back to the end through a construction zone to reach the parking structure elevator to reach the 2nd level which is where the rental office is located. Upon reaching the office, I was informed the computers were down and we would go to terminal 5 to complete the paperwork/ rental process. After waiting some time it was determined they would give me the rental car to drive to terminal 5 to complete the rental process. To ensure I don’t steal the car they took my passport and had me follow a car with someone from the rental copany who would drive the other two people waiting to rent cars. I followed this person, who stopped in the main thoroughfare of the garage and completed a 3 point turn and signaled I should do the same. Then we drove out of the airport and entered again and went to terminal 5. At the rental office in terminal 5 I was made to wait in line as if I had just arrived, despite having been dealing with the rental office for an hour now. After waiting in line for 20 minutes it was my turn at the counter. It took more than an hour for the rental paperwork to be completed. They needed to text me a secure code as part of the rental process but could not explain why. The text never arrived and they told me I needed a Saudi phone number. The worker rudely suggested I go to the cell store on the same level of the terminal and purchase a phone or SIM card so I could have a local number. Eventually I resolved this problem by using a local friends number. After all this, they gave me keys to a new car, so the car I drove over was not the car I would be renting. Problem is my kids were out sleeping in the car we drove over, so I was forced to wake the kids and move the car seats to a different car. This place is a hot mess from start to finish and should be avoided.
The car was 3 years old but still OK. The biggest issue was that it was 200 km per day and I needed to drive the car to Makkah. They wanted to charge me a huge amount upon return for additional km driven.

The Office did not accept the reservation made through KAYAK, they said the reservation is wrong and this always happens for online reservation of third party I show the guy the confirmation, but he was not accepting it at all this is frustrating as I have to make on spot reservation with other company for much higher price

Pickup - the guy wasn’t there and didn’t show up for about an hour even though the shop was open. The neighboring rental car company said this is the norm with Avis. The car - the car had 120,000 km on it when we got it and was making a terrible sound. It also only had 1/4 tank of gas. And worse it had the tire pressure light from pick up! Drop off - we dropped the car off at a different location and when we got there they told us we needed to pay an additional $250 to drop it off at a different location from pickup. This was NEVER communicated to us…
