Very long wait at counter. Payless/Avis only had one person at counter for over 25 customers. The wait was in excess of 45 minutes. Car was not clean, needed maintenance and was fairly old for rental car.

To extend my rental it was $200 more than Budget. So I returned my rental to Indianapolis airport and took and Uber to the downtown location ($20) and picked up my next rental quickly.

I was not able to pick up the car. 1.5 hour wait to pick the car up and then had to wait for cars to be returned. Filing a better business bureau complaint as the contract was not filfilled
