The car was great, but they didn't give us the right size that we booked for initially until we had tried to fit our things and they didn't fit. Then they gave us the car we actually booked. The frustrating thing was that they were charging the same price for both sizes, so they were trying to rip us off. When we turned the car back in the place was closed for the weekend. When they checked the car in on Monday, they put the wrong date in for when it was returned and charged us an extra day. I went back to the office and talked to them and they corrected it, but I had to wait several weeks to get the refund. Everything about the car was great, but the p/u and drop-off weren't so good.
