The car was extremely small! And we dropped at airport on 9/23 and my card is still being charged the daily fee as if we still have it! Definitely a breakdown of communication, very disappointed in this experience!

The pickup and drop off were both equally fast, friendly and easy. Probably the best car rental experience I’ve had.

Pros:Drop off was a breeze.
Cons:Pick up was a total nightmare. Hertz was the only counter with a line and it took us longer to get our car than it did to fly from MKE to Myrtle Beach. There was one very slow agent who was refusing to help a customer in front of us that leas to the police being called. When we got to the counter although the was nice at first his demeanor changed when my husband asked why this process takes so long. At that point he said he would “have no problem canceling our reservation…. And that he had been doing it all day” I plan to contact hertz about this situation…. His customer service was being poor. It almost felt as though he enjoyed making people wait. Sounds crazy, but true.
