We had a van with 50K miles on it and the brakes were really bad- grinding and shaking the steering wheel. We contacted Hertz and all they said was "we will check it". Not I am sorry about that, what can we do to make it better. Putting a car on the road with bad brakes is irresponsible- especially with a rental, you are putting someone else's life in danger.

Staff at this pickup location were great. I liked that when I picked up the car the checking agent came out and looked over the car with me for any damage and took photos so I did not need to do it. We looked it over together. Checkin and check out was fast and staff very nice. Only negative. This location closes at noon on Saturday and closed on Sunday. I was returning car on Saturday and had to be before noon. I also had wanted to extend for a few more days,but was not allowed to do it with this contract.
