On arrival it would have been nice to be greeted. After paying the key gets handed to you and nothing else. No one explained the car to me or process of recording photos of the car. I just sat in a car I've never driven before confused. How do I start it,where's the hand brake etc as I'm not used to a button start. Very overwhelmed expediting out into chaotic traffic on the freeway. The car was good,drop off friendly but pick up was less than great customer service.

Had to wait 45 minutes to pick up car as their credit card system was down. Had to sign off to accept £200,000 liability as we used our credit card insurance not theirs. Lady wasn't very helpful or pleasant but the car was good and drop off gentleman was really nice and efficient.

The staff member at reception was really helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent service. I think his name was Adam on duty at around 6.15 pmon Saturday 25/1.

They had no cars available in our arrival so had to pay twice as much at Hertz. There were about ten people who did not get the car they reserved. Never again

The hyundai Tucsan was great to drive and the apple car play features were very helpful especially with the maps. Check in and drop off was quick and easy. Would def be back.
