Car was not ready on time, I had to wait to receive it, and the staff in the office did not bother to have it brought down until AFTER I was done with the paperwork. The car was relatively clean, but they used a cleaner that left residue on the navigation screen that I could not get off. The car had 1/4 tank of gas, but the paperwork said it was full. When I brought it back, they charged me for a tank of gas because I returned it as they delivered it to me. I won't rent from Enterprise at Dubai Terminal 3 again. Ever.

When I wanted to drop off my car there was no one at the reception I had to wait 30 minutes

They refused to accept our creditcard as my official name is my maiden name however the credit ard name has both maiden name as my husband's name on there as is custom in our country. So we could t book at the end.

The lady at the counter was awesome! We already had a reservation UT since it was short, she went the extra mile in providing us great service.

The vehicle wasn’t great quality. No reverse camera or satellite navigation. I did get a free upgrade however, but the car wasn’t good quality.
