The van we rented was very nice. The pickup and drop off was very easy

Cons:I was not told that I could not pay for the rental on a debit card. This rental was to pick up my children in Atlanta. Dollar refused to allow the transaction to go through forcing me to rent at the last second from another vendor at a much higher price.
