Pros:Did not have to have to take a bus. Car quality. Easy drop off.

Cons:The check in process was horribly long - more than an hour. Not enough staff. The person was nice and knowledgeable but needed help. We had to wait longer while she stopped serving people in line so she could prepare preferred customer contracts.

We all appreciate customer service right? My flight got canceled, had to rebook in a nearby city, and they couldn’t transfer my pick up location to help my trip at a major hub where cars were plentiful. I went with Enterprise, no issues there!
