When we already had coverage because of our American Express. Car was in poor condition and had several damages to the body of the car that they were aware of but had not repaired . Front desk staff was also rude and took a very long time to process paperwork for a reservation that was made way in advancez
The SUV I rented only had 1/8 tank of gas to start with. The white cloth seats were filthy. It looked like some mechanics had sat in there in their dirty work clothes. The rental and return process is rather lengthy, in spite of having a reservation and returning on time.
