They don’t have the car I picked online, instead they gave me a big truck I never drive before. The online insurance is fraud, they said the online one doesn’t cover their car, have to spend another 30$ to get their insurance. Anyway this experience is awful

Customer service reps at the counter were excellent. Car interior was stained pretty badly in back seat. Made me wonder if it had ever been cleaned.

It would have been a perfect experience except for the fact that after driving for a day and a half, a tire blew out 15 minutes before I was to arrive at the rental agency to return the car. I contacted roadside service and they were very cordial. I filled out the online form then a half hour later was contacted by a "dispatcher ?". We discussed the options and decided that having the car towed and me riding with the tow driver to the rental office would be the fastest. After another hour and no tow, no fax, no call, I called roadside service again. They had no updates for me. At the two hour mark a good Samaritan stopped, changed the tire and escorted me to a gas station and made sure I pumped up the spare tire to a safe driving level. Samaritan = 10, roadside assistance = 0.
