PHL rental car office is a dump with poorly trained staff. Had to wait 45 min after my scheduled pickup time for the car to be cleaned.

Waited over 25 minutes both ways in the cold with two kids for a shuttle. Waited half hour in line when I arrived o ly to have to wait for a car to be cleaned. When the car came out, there was two large tires in the trunk that wouldn’t allow for any luggage. Finally got another vehicle and it was loaded with dog hair. My second time using them and my first experience wasn’t great either.
