Well the person that help me did everything she could, they really need to past the message if we call for any reason they didn’t have any idea of what we were late when I did call in advance 🙁

I will never rent a car in Durango Mexico. I was told to pay $627 dollars for 3 weeks including insurance. I ended up paying double. $1,254 dollars plus $125 cash I was told to pay. I knew that money was for the agent. Couldn't do anything because my flight was at 7am and they Budget opened at 6:15am. I was in a hurry. They took advantage of the situation. The car was a 2022 Mitsubishi. It looked like a 2012 car. AC didn't work. The back windows were manual. If you please make an investigation and help me out to get my money back of $627, I would appreciate it. I got ripped off paying double.
