At first everything was good. Interacted with a nice rep who ended up upgrading us because our minivan was not ready. When we left and went to pickup our passengers we realized they had only given us a 5 passenger vehicle even though they said it would fit 7. We had to drive 30min back to Albany Airport. This is where it went downhill. Next rep was exceptionally rude and said “I can’t do anything for you go to returns” I walked to returns and they were confused why I was their… Apparently First rep did in fact have to do something for us. Which was write up a new contract for a new vehicle. Ended up standing there in the outside parking lot in 25degree weather for 1 hour until they just decided to give us a Ford Expedition.
Pick up took over 2 hours.. completely unacceptable and I will probably not use budget in the future for my rental car needs.
The car was exactly what we ordered, including 4WD. Both pick up and return were a breeze!
Young man,Noah assisted me and was polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Car was ready and no wait and as promised.
Easy check in. Easy pick up. Easy return. All time efficient as well.
