Friendly staff. Hopefully im still getting stuff back i left in a car.
Avis representative started to shout in Arabic on other representative, and they were really loud infront of my kids. He didn't give me no info about the deposit I left with them.
Great car as a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was newer and clean.
The rental smell like weed. And to drive to the airport location to get another rental.
Waiting in line for a rental pick up in this day and age is ridiculous. Doing so in an uncomfortable parking garage with no seating even more so. Add that to the not-very-pleasant people working there (barking at waitining customers, no eye contact mumbling at counter) and you get the picture. Plus, the car itself had terrible highway noise. Going with the recognized "brand" turned out not to be much better than the super-economical rental agency I decided against.
