The agents in Belize were excellent and very patient with us. We appreciated the tips they gave us and the time they spent making sure all was well.
The staff at Alamo was really helpful and made me feel really at ease about the rental process in a country I hadn't been to before.
I am a repeat customer at Alamo in Belize City, because they have always taken good care of me. They have also provided the most competitive prices. Several trips back I took a "better offer" from a competitor which ended up sending me to a third company, which in turn doubled the stated price. I went back to Alamo the next trip, and now for this trip.
Pros:Car worked but Bluetooth did not
Cons:The car that was ordered was not available. They gave us the lower comparable car but without any compensation
