Total SCAM! No car available, waited on hold for over 30mins just to have young guys laughing. Total SCAM!

Good customer service

Very misleading pricing. They advertise unlimited miles, but it isn't. Charged me $74 for crossing just over the state line into Wyoming, then $.20/mile for every mile driven over 200. They track you, and sent me an email when I crossed the state line saying I violated their policy. Shuttle is very spotty; had to wait 15 mins at the airport, then 25 mins after I returned my rental car.

I ended up not renting it at all!! They tried to extort me for $1500 for “insurance “ because they said the insurance your site sold me wasn’t valid. I hope I don’t see any charges on my card because I never used their car I went with another company nearby. Total scam.

The pick up was horrible, my daughter got sick from waiting outside so long. We waited for an hour to get picked up from the airport. That is unacceptable. And the hidden fees are ridiculous. I'm unimpressed

Scam!!! Rental was suppose to be $77 dollars. They told me they would charge me an additional $75 to use my debit card. And place a $1000 hold on my card depending on my insurance deductible. I then asked if I could cancel. They said yes. And once I went through the steps to cancel they said I didn’t qualify for a refund. Now I have to dispute it with my bank.

Awful , when we reserved online we were told our rental Would be only $188 , when we cams to get our car it came out to $632 , the lady was rude when I had told her rental only said $188 with an attitude, oh but it comes wish everything and you get the $250 back , I said to her my flight was much cheaper then this . When we got our car later in the day we notice a roach or 2 .. we went to buy food for our air bnb . When we went upstairs and took the food out roaches were coming out of everywhere , we went back and told they guy he did switch our car , he said ppl eat and leave food in the car . That does not matter those cars should be clean every time a car is returned!!!! We will never ever rent from here again!!!!! , we should get half our money back plus the deposit.

THE CAR WA NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. THEY WOULD NOT PICK IT UP OR EXCAHNGE IT. i HAVE 12 DOCUMENTED CALLS WITH NO RESULTS.E i WAS LEFT STRANED. THEY MADE M E BUY THEIR INSUANCE WHEN MINE COVERED IT. RUDE AT THE OFFICE. I WOULD RECOMMED YOU DO NOT USE THID COMPANY.T HEY WERE TH WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED IN ALL MY TRAVELS. i WILL NOT USE PRICELESS EVER AGAIN. iMM NOT SURE i WOULD USE KAYAK AGAIN EITHER BECAUSE KAYACK DOES NOT STND BEHIND THEIR SEVICES.

It was a scam. No car was available for pick up

While it said it was in "SeaTac", if required a long walk out of the airport and to a neighboring business district. The walk was not that bad, but unexpected. When returning the truck, there was no one there, despite being during business hours (Friday afternoon). I dropped off the keys as requested, and even now, 72 hours later, have not received a confirmation, receipt, or anything from them. The staff was polite and professional during the check in and vehicle pick up process.

Their insurance was $24/day and wouldn't accept my own insurance without full coverage

Check in was easy I made sure to have all insurance information and the car was nice. We had an early return flight and no shuttle service to the airport after dropping off the rental that was disappointing. We are going on 4 weeks and they still have not credited my deposit back. I've made a couple phone calls, first they stated 8-10 business days. Called again 2 weeks later and they said 2 days. Well we're at 4 weeks now and still waiting on our $250 dollar deposit.

I love the customer service I received but the price was way too high compared to two years ago before the pandemic. I understand because if it was my business I probably would do the same to maximize profits but as a customer I feel different. But it is what it is and this survey will not change a thing.

The jeep I rented was almost new. It was clean and trouble free. The staff were friendly and helpful at both ends. Overall a great experience.

Staff were excellent and very patient. There was a longer que than expected but the staff were professional and worked through it within 30minutes. Overall easy pickup, signing of docs and drop off. 10/10

My flight delayed and I contacted the zoom office to inform them but they told me I still have to pay late pick up fee 350 CAD. Then I asked them to adjust the drop off time equal to the extra time I pay for but they refused.

The booking was cancelled and I have no car when I arrived.

The original web site is VERY deceiving. The rental comes up with the price and shows 3000 kms included as opposed to other rentals that show 800 kms. I went through the site and no where did I see anything that states the 3000 kms is only available on a weekly rental! After all I had put in the dates for my rental and it shows 3000 kms, so this is what I expected. It even shows on my printout that 3000kms are included. But when I got to the rental company, I was informed that I was allowed only 200 kms/day for a total of 800 kms! If this had been made more clear on the original site, I obviously would have went with the cheaper booking! I went with this booking because it showed 3000 kms! This is very deceiving to the consumer and very unfair! As it turns out I didn't need the 3000kms - but imagine if I was and had to end up paying for the additional kms! In addition to this, the car had a terrible and very strong musty smell in it!
