Amazing Breakfast (patisserie is one of the best) and great, helpful staff. Location is also great, close to parque del retiro and great restaurants and shopping area. Very comfortable rooms

The location is great. Our family of 4 (including kids 7 and 9) also loved the pool and breakfast. However, we had booked a family room with king bed and pool-out couch for the kids. When we got to our room, we found a king bed and a single twin bed. We called down to reception to ask where the other kid should sleep. The rooms were very good, and most important for me quiet! No noise from outside or inside the building. I also loved how fast everyone and everything was, from the parking, luggage to room to the room service. Very good customer service! Not typical for Spain.
The common areas are a little worn down. Nothing major, but you can see the hotel is not new 😆
