Everything was great
The location is great. Our family of 4 (including kids 7 and 9) also loved the pool and breakfast. However, we had booked a family room with king bed and pool-out couch for the kids. When we got to our room, we found a king bed and a single twin bed. We called down to reception to ask where the other kid should sleep. The rooms were very good, and most important for me quiet! No noise from outside or inside the building. I also loved how fast everyone and everything was, from the parking, luggage to room to the room service. Very good customer service! Not typical for Spain.
The common areas are a little worn down. Nothing major, but you can see the hotel is not new 😆

Night light for bathroom Aircon in bedroom worked intermittently , making the room hot and stuffy.
The location is fabulous, we love the hotel and the service in the club lounge is second to none.
We had a club room , which was great and the club lounge is superb, I’d recommend it. As a gift for paying the premium for the club room, we were given complementary spa vouchers. On entry to the spa we were given swimming caps, which I had no problem with. At check out however, I was billed €6 for the swimming caps. Really, not the best leaving memory. Beautiful hotel .
No air conditioning. It was a bit hot .
Location was fantastic and the Bar areas was relaxing a great to meet guest
THe Gym is too busy and very load music, I guess is due ti been a gym that also caters or outside guest. Also the fact that you need to bookin advance to use the pool as a guest is a bit inconvenient , as coming for Work is difficult to know when the last meeting will be finished
Nothing. Maybe lack of outdoor space to have a coffee this time of year (March) but I believe they have a big terrace and pool open later in the year.
