Cons (-) The young blonde lady in the gym reception could not have been more unwelcoming and rude. An absolute level of entitlement for an unknown reason. The rooms, general state of the hotel and communal areas are dirty and lacking any care or maintenance.

Pros (+) The hotel is located in Retiro and surrounded by wondetful restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were spacious and offered great amenities.
Cons (-) I did not appreciate the concierge’s behavior when he interrupted the security officer helping me with my suitcase. It was 3pm and I had to pick up my suitcase, which I had asked them store after I had checked out. He asked me if I need to check out, I said no I already had done so in the morning. Cons (-) Older facilities, you need to put up with and older infrastructure. Air conditioning is controled by them which i don’t understand in a 5 star hotel.
