History
Price. Cold breakfast for 2 mornings. Bar closed at 10 o’clock for residents. Which wasn’t good.

From our very warm welcome from Rob to Hannah in the residents lounge. Our stay is always perfect. It is the best hotel in London to stay in. The newly refurbished rooms were fabulous. As always we didn’t want to leave.

Spectacular! All the amenities you could ask for & the staff were exceptional. Will be staying again for sure.
Very convenient location, close to theatres and the tube. All staff were excellent and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. Mattress and pillows soft and enjoyable. The interior design of the common areas was exquisite. 24 hour access to a well-equipped gym however, my favorite was the swimming pool and its temperature. Variety in breakfast for every taste.
