LikedThe food and facilities at the hotel were really good. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. The night staff were really friendly.

DislikedThe hotel has a major flaw. Some of the rooms back directly onto a terrace for hotel guests. Which means that it can be very loud and busy at night. During our stay there was an event on the terrace, which was meant to finish at 9:30pm but the noise continued on until 11pm. Which is usual for events in central London. However I don’t understand why there are bedrooms so close to the terrace. It also takes away privacy from the room, because if you open your curtains there were 20+ people less than a meter away. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking to relax and get a good nights sleep.

LikedStaff were all wonderful! Such a warm welcome and everyone remembers your name which is a lovely touch. Excellent facilities, great location and a really lovely room with a shared outdoor terrace space.

DislikedDidn’t bother us in the slightest but it’s loud downstairs until around 1:30am so worth bearing in mind if you’re after a quiet night! Room was on the small side but pretty standard for central London and it has everything you need, plus the added extra of outdoor space which is rare and was a nice bonus.
