Great location; comfy bed; hot water in the shower
The sink in the middle of the room (too noisy, no privacy); poor ventilation in the bathroom; poor soundproofing of the bathroom; upper beds are not protected from unexpected lights on during nighttime

I liked everything.
From the moment we arrived to the Hat we felt welcomed. Gorka and the staff make you feel right at home. We had some personal inconveniences and he helped us fix them and get with our trip. The facilities and activities were great. The city tour and guide were great and very informative. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Thank you.

- very nice and fun staff, - good breakfasts, - although it’s quite expensive, the location right in the city center makes it understandable, - the rooftop terrace is lovely, - the mattresses are extremely comfortable.
