LikedGreat location walking distance to many places and shopping, great homemade breakfast, nice greeting and very helpful customer service. Very clean! Adorable personal touches.
DislikedThe pillows!!! Hard as a rock. They need some down pillows to go with the nice linens! That is the only complaint I have.

This is a fabulous hotel with amazingly helpful and friendly staff …nothing was too much for them, they made our stay in Rome so memorable. The hotel is in a great location to explore the eternal city . Can’t wait to go back

I booked this hotel on Agoda as a bit of a splurge. It's within walking distance to key sites such as the Colosseum and Forum, and it's so cute and comfortable. The breakfast is great--selection of eggs 3 ways, charcuterie, breads and cakes, and fresh, seasonal fruit. The staff makes you your custom coffee order as well as a fresh juice and a wellness "shot." Honestly the best meal I had one of the days I was there. The staff are so nice and will make reservations for you--take them up on this offer the afternoon or night before you would like to dine, since places fill up especially if you want to eat early. Wonderful, comfortable rooms, and afternoon tea as well. Recommend!!

LikedEverything was perfect. The room was beautiful and spacious and very well appointed. We were so impressed with the attention to detail. The breakfast, afternoon tea were great and unexpected. And the staff were truly exceptional - so helpful and friendly.
