LikedThe hotel is in an excellent location and very quiet in the evening. The hotel restaurant and bar are wonderful, with good views of the bridge and river. What made the hotel a 6+ Were Rio and Francois, along with all the other staff. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, Rio and Francois did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect. We cannot go into enough detail about all they did for us, and we could tell they were treating all the guests with the same excellent hospitality. If we ever have the chance to return to Lisbon, we will stay here again. Good breakfast as well. Fruits and a carafe of port wine in our room!

LikedThe staff was PHENOMENAL, I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated them. The hotel itself is amazing, the terrace is beautiful, drinks delicious and you could not ask for a better location. We stayed in the attic suite and the balcony/terrace was STUNNING. You can see the entire city, it was absolutely breathtaking. The room was gorgeous, I never wanted to leave!

LikedThis hotel was in a great location, clean and the staff were all very friendly. Be advised it is Lisbon, so you have to hike up or take the stairs to it. And there is no elevator inside. So you will take the stairs again. We didn’t mind working off all the great food though! The view for food and rooms are fantastic!

DislikedI liked how large the bed was, but it was a little firm for my liking and the pillows were hard as well.
