The staff, location and the room was great. The restaurant was wonderful.
Our room had very steep stairs to get into the room. I would ask to stay in a different room next time and would advise anyone elderly to avoid it. It was like mountain climbing to get to the door
Calm location, public lift to take you up to the street of the hotel and down to the city center, staff friendliness & helpfulness, the restaurant terrace with a good view, big room (nb 7)
Lack of lift, very tiny bathroom, constant smell of fried fish. room not sound-proof, hot breakfast was barely warm, restaurant terrace could be improved with some renovation
delicious breakfast. location was nice. close to lots. staff was very nice and helpful. they coordinated at car to pick us up for our early morning flight home. as well as offered to have breakfast togo since we were leaving before breakfast was available. highly recommend the roof top terrace room. amazing views.
Great location. Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rio specifically was incredible as he helped make our stay as good as it can be. The free breakfast was really good too!

The location was superb -- right below the Lisbon Castle and on a hill above the old town. A free public elevator is nearby to assist getting up the hill. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was remarkably quiet in the room, as the hotel is located in a zone restricted to motor vehicle traffic. The bed/pillows could have been more comfortable. The door to the bathroom wouldn't latch properly. If you arrive in a taxi that doesn't have access to this controlled access road, you might need to roll your suitcases up a hill a ways. Entrance can easily be missed. Although I was aware on booking that there was no lift, I did find it at my age exhausting going up the stairs
