The hotel is located in a quiet area of Berlin, yet close to all amenities. The hotel is next to Berlin Zoo and if you select one of the Embassy Rooms you have a view of the Zoo which is an additional bonus. The hotel is very comfortable, beautifully appointed and offers excellent facilities. The breakfast and dinner are excellent. It is very difficult to find a fault with this hotel.

We stayed here for our anniversary. Literally everything exceeded our expectations. The real highlight though was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, warm, and attentive - they really cared about making sure that our stay was perfect Thank you!
What a lovely stay it was! The team was so hospitable, welcoming and attentive to all the needs. Special shout out to the room service and restaurant - it's no great to have such a delicious dinning without even leaving the hotel. Had some issues with AirPlay on the TV and, although the design of the rooms was superb, some shortcomings could be seen (like poorly fixed crack on the wall, chipping floor strips or stains on the armchairs)Read more
The hotel is quiet and the staff is very polite and accommodating.
The location is not bad, but it is not close to any station or the city center, so a taxi is always required to move around.
The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and overall it is a very good hotel with services fully in line with expectations.

It seemed that the hotel has just opened after vacation, or was only partially open. The staff did not seem to know each other or their tasks, there was painters walking around the hotel, walking into the pool area etc. There seemed to have been a reduced staff also, who were not able to help us with some requests which seem relatively easy. There was an excellent choice at the breakfast bar.The location is very quiet, a little away from the the city centre, which was what we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful.
