Reception guys and gals were super friendly, super helpful, ever-smiling, and always there for you. The hostel's location is superb; everything you need is within walking distance. If you need more, the tram, located around the corner, will take you directly to the city quickly and comfortably.
The room for the price is ridiculous. This is the second year this has happened to us. You can't directly select the exact room you want on Booking.com, and it seems like you get the short end of the stick every time. It’s not I dislike, it’s just the location is little bit far from the city centre but totally manageable
Very kind, friendly and helpful staff, nice, peaceful place. Everything is nearby. Easy check in/out. Lockable cabinet/safe in the room (bring yourself padlocks! I forgot :D ).
A little bit narrow bathroom, little place to put your things in the bathroom (soap, towel ect.).
I stayed in the ,,Le Petite” room which - as the name suggests - is a small but very cute room on the upper floor. With its vintage deco it feels very cozy. The room and the bathroom were super clean, bed comfy. Kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room. There were no blinds/curtains on the window when I arrived which really surprised me because the bed faces the window directly so you get all the light in your face. The staff didn’t seem to know about it when I asked, and since it was late, there was no option of installing anything on the window vit they helped me install a temporary cover on the window for the night so that was appreciated. I stayed in one of their relatively new pods. MUCH better than a shared dorm room for those who prefer a bit of privacy. Small, convenient, and not much more expensive than a shared bed. The pods are not soundproofed, so you still hear everything. They also have weird skylight things that let in the light from above, so if you're sensitive to that, best to bring a mask and earplugs.Read more
The staff was so helpful. The beds were also well comfortable. Toilet and bathroom was neet and clean.
It's hard to say anything. I don't have any dislike options
I like the friendliness of the receptionists, the cleanliness and my pod.
One of the bathrooms’ floor was getting flooded when we go shower - Egal’s next door bathroom.
Loved my time here, the staff were very friendly and accommodated me with an early check in even though I was awfully early and didn't even charge me extra for it. Things like this really change your trip for the better especially when you are backpacking by yourself. Will definitely be back soon!
