The location
The staff was very business driven. The room had a wonderful view at a wall.
The property and rooms were clean and the location is convenient with a lot of nice restaurants and easy access to travel around. Nice hotel staff!
The breakfast buffet started at 7am, would be nice to get much earlier start, at least 6 am. The amount of noise coming from the street at night (especially btwn Fri-Sat) was extremely loud and lasted all night.
Location is top, a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Public transport is at the corner. Breakfast is great.
The furniture is a bit dated and could require an update. Unsure if this is for all rooms but its not a big issue.

The beds were comfortable.
We booked a king bed room without window, not 2 beds pushed together with a gap in the mattresses, in the basement with walls painted brown. It was claustrophobic and noisy with banging noises from the disco above.
The hotel room was spacious, and the area was ideal for public transport.
The soundproofing was not great, and you can hear any work being done on the building or outside the property.
Great location! Next to off license shop. A lot of bars and restaurants around as well as fast foods. Rooms in good state, clean. We lived in the basement, so no windows inside.
