Good very basic but can't beat location
Loved the location - very basic but did the job.
Everything is great. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is great as all the attractions are near.
The parking is expensive. The check in at kiosk is abit troublesome. The TV is abit old.
Everything right from check in to check out.

I feel happy as I "balik kampong". Even when my husband ask me ," Of all places why u like to come here for ur birthday gift".. I just smiled..."Just....feel happy"
So sad coz last time I went Food Factory closed.Need to take shuttle bas early morning for breakfast. My son booked for me as birthday gift did'n knew about it. Spacious room , clean , good location , near to water dispenser .
Dark , small bathroom and lack of private space for changing , lack of amenities ( no tooth brush , tooth paste and hair shampoos )
Nothing waste property go to better one
Everything at 10:55am the staff is knocking the door and asking sir are you going to check out go hell you fools don’t have manners we all know 11am is the checkout time and ready to pay even if I’m late for a second
A variety of restaurants and shops to choose from, lively and many places to go.
The room was too small, dark and no air-condition/ good ventilation. It was not mentioned when we choose the room accommodation.
