Loction ok but expensive for a room. No aircon as already in the high land. Toilet and Bathroom are very small. They need to reduce price other wise slowly losing people

While the price is definitelu worth to book but i think we should still be treated better with the room quality. Cleanliness can be alot better. The new towel give to us was full of hair and when i requested for new ones, the housekeeping staff mentioned no more towels available and will try to find but never get back. We are a couple and I was under the impression that I booked a queen bed which cost extra under deluxe room. When we arrived they told us only single beds are available. Why would I want single beds if I booked queen bed.

The hotel is nicely located above skyavenue. Booked non smoking floor but unfortunately we can smell people smoking from some rooms that causes incovenience to my healt. Bought the breakfast as well but the location of the breakfast area is too far at genting grand. Room has no tv and no small fridge, water hot and cold are to be dispense from outside the room. Not suitable to stay with young kids. The room is a bit old, the wall with windows got mold, the floor is quite dirty. The drain stopper is malfunction. Need to call to ask ppl to come down to fix and sweep the floor.

Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. One problem is that the ironing facilities were not available and staff were also unaware of the facilities. Apart from that, everything else is great.
