PLEASE ADD MORE OF YOUR STAFF AT CHECK IN KIOSK AND YOUR CHECK IN COUNTER ( EXCEPT THE MAIN COUNTER ) SHOULD BE ADD ALSO. YOUR STAFF IS NOT HELPFUL DURING CHECK IN TIME AT THE COUNTER SELF KIOSK,THEY JUST WANDERING AROUND AND AVOIDING THE PILLAR KIOSK AREA. SUCH USELESS,PLUS NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO HELP SO MANY PEOPLE . Booked a standard room via Agoda. On arrival, I was forced to use self check-in kiosks, but facial recognition failed repeatedly. Staff were unhelpful and only asked me to try different kiosks. After more than 1 hour of failed attempts, I was told to queue at the counter with over 300 people ahead. Very disappointing, poor service, and a huge waste of time. The check in process is a bit hard for me. Once i entered my booking id it didn't trigger. I need to que for almost 2 hours just to get them to approve my booking id. And then i need to line up back and get my key manually from the machine. Other than that the room is a bit old. A bit noisy. Bathroom is smelly. For facilities i think its great because u literally staying inside a mall.
