Location was good, near to all the eateries and shops
Room was poorly maintained, room cleanliness needs to be improved, there was a cigarette butt in the toilet paper holder, toilet was not cleaned properly and it was too small for comfort. There was no Wifi in the room.

Unhelpful and rude staff, check in machines are faulty, room smells like rotten eggs, ants in the room, difficult to navigate the place, paid for breakfast but the place was permanently closed.

It was terrible. I couldn't do the auto check in as the booking was done through booking.com I waited 3 hours at the reception. As such I would like to register a formal complaint to booking.com
No Internet connection at our tower. The room is not clean.

1. 3 hours check in time for such Third World Hotel 2 40 mins to n fro walking 2 for breakfast every day 3. Windows overlooking other rooms I don’t understand which architect can design such hotel buildings Not acceptable on a Holiday Strictly not recommended for any type of travel

The atmosphere there is gd.

- Location is amazing. - Break fast is good, but need to go other Hotel by free shuttle provided (long waiting queue for shuttle).
- Waited 6 hours to get my pre-booked room. Long queue for check in in weekends.. staff response is bad. -Room is very small, not same as shown in picture. - Drinking water not provided in room.
