Been chased out by the hotel staff rudely due to system error and never apologize, we demand for apologize due to their staff attitude but never respond.

Firstly the Hotel room location is very convenient hence able to access basic amenities. However we had to do counter check in and need to queue up for very long and have to get the room. Afterwards I had to check in again from kiosk which is quite troublesome.

I traveled with 2 children, waiting for check in was very long, almost 5 hours before I could get a room, the system was chaotic and there were only a few check in counters, not friendly

the room is small and furnitures are torn and tattered... check in queue was way way too long.....

Highly poor check-in process. You cannot get the check-in quickly and need to wait couple of hours draining your enthu and energy. unfortunately price is the only reason people turn to this hotel.

The check in process is a nightmare . It takes around 40mins for SELF CHECK IN and if you want someone at the desk to help you or make a change to your room you take a number and wait around 4-6 hours before your number is called . OKAY SO if you take a standard room - there’s no Aircon and you HAVE TO CHOOSE NON SMOKING when you check in or they’ll put you in a smoking room . We didn’t know this ...
