Location and the cozy hour.
The rooms could have been more comfortable — e.g.,an upholstered chair, better shower, updated hall carpet, a fridge
Great location and friendly staff
The location is within walking distance to the train, and many shops and restaurants. There is also a complimentary happy hour from 5-6pm in the hotel where guests can enjoy a free beer or glass of wine and chat with other hotel guests. We enjoyed the boutique feel of the hotel.
The bathroom was pretty dirty when we arrived, and I would say the room seemed a bit overpriced. But overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
Great location in a nice neighbourhood full of restaurants and bars and shops, very close to a lovely park and within walking distance of the main attractions, without being in the middle of the tourist buzz. Friendly staff, large rooms, adequate breakfast.
Only one elevator – wait times can be long. Also, a rather small elevator. Not ideal when staying in rooms that are situated higher up. Also, the self-service luggage storage room isn't exactly great.
Great value, comfortable, good location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic too.

no fridge in the room. no access to laundry facilities. should be advised of a room on Level 6 - not good for tall people.
Location is okay. Check in and out was pretty seamless.
Way too expensive for what it is. Rooms are very old and you can easily hear the other guests from the hallway or next room. No AC and even though the window was open the whole time the air quality was bad.

Rediculously small room. A lot of noise from the back yard of the hotel restaurant right under my window. And cigaretes smoke coming in. Avoid room 257!
I really liked the location and hotel’s team was super friendly!
Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. I did notice a couple of stray hairs here and there, which was a little unfortunate, but it wasn’t a major issue. The bed and bathroom were both clean, and overall I had a very positive impression of the room.
