Pros (+) Junior suite was really nice. Hotel in great location. Easily walk to Charles Bridge. Lots of restsurants and bars near by. Staff very friendly.
Cons (-) Was dissapointed breakfast cold on first morning. Everything I picked from hot plates was stone cold. The hot plates must not be keeping food warm enough. Was looking forward to the breakfast. Second morning the breakfast to order was not available, i.e. french toast. Did not advise us that when checked in. Second night room lights stopped working apart from one lamp. Spoiled the room experience a...

Eskrabajo, Jul 2026
Pros (+) The location was superb, not too close to the center, yet not too far. The breakfast was excellent, full of choices in the buffet, excellent coffee, and even some other options like pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches made to order. The room was very comfortable and the bed incredible. The staff was always diligen.
Cons (-) Everything was perfect.

Pros (+) Personalised approach by all staff, particularly Giuseppe- perhaps partly because of experience+broader language skills. Great location Excellent breakfast, with healthy options. Large room, with views
Cons (-) No room business desk per se, although small table was adequate. Bed: large but perhaps square. I am 192 cm and I felt the bed could be a little longer.
