Perfect service, very cordial staff (Volkan and team at front office), the lady serving ‘Gozleme”, staff at restaurant…. They all greet you with a smile and always ready to guide you and answer your questions. I’m extremely delighted to have stayed at this hotel, which is walking distance from key tourist attractions in Sultanahmet area. Public transport is easily accessible from here. Terrace of the hotel is worth visiting. The restaurant serves tasty food but also offer amazing views of the sea as well as the city (especially the lights around the city and monuments) are worth watching. While the rooms are slightly small, the hotel is still a great package of happy services.
