Very friendly and helpful staff, highly proficient in English. Very nice facilities in the hotel, which is located in a beautifully restored building. Excellent breakfast, real value for the money. Very nice lobby area with coffee, tea, Port wine, and cakes at all times. The location is perfect in relation to the main attractions of Lisbon

The location, hotel, and breakfast were perfect and I highly recommend it if you are wanting to explore Lisbon from a centrally located hotel.
Room, breakfast, staff, workout facilities and lap pool
breakfast fine , could do with something cooked to be honest , but no complaints. Rooms was fabulous great size and modernized whilst keeping the lovely old architecture. loved the location too.

Everything was perfect, from the doorman to the reception, to the lounge, room and pool and more. The photos don’t do it justice. I’ve stayed in many great hotels and this is one of them.

Excelent Location, Breakfast with lots of options (hot food, fruit, bread, natural juices etc), Super Staff (Friendly and Professional), great swimming pool. Resume: One of the best hotels in heart of Lisbon.

Excellent in every way. Porter immediately took our bags. Quiet and small hotel but so central. Avenue Liberdade is a beautiful tree covered street. Breakfast was good. The room a nice size. As was bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved everyone there from the front desk to the door guys. Everyone was so so so genuine and kind, helpful and easy with everything from check in to recommendations. Loved loved the location
The bed and pillows are stiff - recommend getting more quality linens, pillows and mattresses!
