This was one of our favourite hotels we have stayed in. The staff were so helpful, room was nice and big. Plus port and custard tarts etc. were left downstairs for you to have any time. A decanter of port also left in the room. We also checked out and were able to leave our bags the next day (stayed with a friend). Location is perfect for some luxury shopping but close enough to walk to landmarks ...

Fantastic hotel with gorgeous rooms! The interior design is a work of art - really pretty. The staff was very friendly, and they went out of their way to accommodate our request for earlier check-in (my friend had to join an emergency work call), which they didn't have to do at all. It is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon, there are plenty of shops and bars around, close to the train station and various points of interest, complementary wine, pastries, tea and coffee there to enjoy. Brilliant friendly staff. Can't fault it whatsoever 😊
The staff were professional and hospitable. They offered good information to help me explore the city. The room provided a bottle of porto. What a pleasant surprise! The location is good too.
