Value for money. Great breakfast!!
A lock for the storage box would be great.
Seems like a nice place if you are 16 and came on a school trip.
It is clear that the money invested by the hostel does not scale with their ambitions regarding the scale. Many of the bathrooms remained unclean for a long time, some of them not functional. The walls had low noise insulation so you could hear noises from kids that came on school trips from all over the place, top, bottom floors and left and right.
Good breakfast and good value for money for one night
Had requested a bottom bunk because of my temporary mobility issues and my request was initially ignored, I had to insist before I got one. I also had originally booked a 4 person room and ended up in a 10 person room. The room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke because it was near the smoking area and clearly the windows weren't insulated well enough.
Very clean well taken care of in a great area of London in Bloomsbury. They accepted my dog easily. Bar and restaurant very good. Staff everywhere were great
The iron didn’t work in the laundry room. there are no paper towels in the water closet so after washing your hands, you have to touch the door handle
Thanks I liked my room. Very good reception customer service experience received. Exceeded expectations.
I liked my room, very clean every day. Thanks
Great location. Cosy room and beds. The bar and restaurant looked nice
The staff were completely miserable and unwelcoming. High price for a hostel
Location and value for money, near to train stations - London St. Pancras/King's Cross, British Museum (to name a few).
During my recent two-night stay, the bathroom/toilet for males on the 1st and second floor were 'out of service', which was a bit inconvenient for male guests staying on these floors.
Great location and helpful staff.
Air in room was stale. Most people wanted the door open to circulate fresh air into the room. A couple wanted door closed for security.
