The staff were very helpful. In multiple occupancy rooms, the guests were very mindful of the other guests sharing.
A room I was allocated hadn't been cleaned and I was missing a sheet. Both were rectified very quickly
Very nice place! The location was close to my journey goals, and the place was good. I shared the dorm with very nice people. Many facilities like games and pubs were available inside, and everything was good.
Nabi at the reception was very helping in sorting out some confusion that came up regarding the payment for the booking
The location and the price compared to other places
There was what can only be described as an old school bell on the wall of our room which went off in the afternoon not long after checking in then at half 7 in the morning. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and every time one of us moved it woke the other up.
This place is a vibe and the location was good.
Washers and dryers suck.

That I had to make my bed ! Windows don't open much to allow good ventilation in rooms specially when people leave their smelly shoes lying around the room
Great location, friendly staff.
Rooms not made for 4 people (or more) in the summer, suffocated while trying to sleep, put my mattress on the floor to cool a bit off. Although the entrance looks cool with a whole food court, this place is just not made for people to sleep.
