Considerations below
the fact that there was no power outlet on the bed, only on the side, making it difficult to leave the cell phone charging nearby for safety. My bed only had a USB port. The fact that all the exchange schools were in the same hallway and the energetic teenagers talked loudly until late at night, disturbing the rest.
The location only.
The bathrooms weren’t well equipped. I couldn’t easily manage to cool down my shower water, I had to take a shower under boiling hot water. There was a bad smell. The room didn’t have lockers. The plugs were far away from the beds. The staff at the reception didn’t smile at all, just directions. There was a lot of noise around 6-7 am in the morning. Impeccable room service

The room was lovely. The bar area was very welcoming and bar staff very friendly. Reception was pleasant but could have stood to greet us so we could see and hear what she was saying.
The bed not being made up in the twin room
The staff is great and very attentive, especially Pablo and Giuliana. You both made my stay so much better!☺️ The hostel is always clean, has all the services and good recreation spaces. Lots of fun! P.S. At the entrance there was a roulette and I won a breakfast for the next day, I could not be happier. Highly recommended.
