The bed hadn’t been made properly
Good location with all what I needed for one night stay. The hotel has paid luggage lockers of different sizes, it was very convenient for my early arrival to store the bag there while exploring the city until the check-in.
The narrow stairs you have to carry the luggage in case the elevator brakes down. Not critical for me, luckily, but that was the day it wasn’t working.
The location was brilliant, right in the middle of the city. Which made most of the places within walking distance.
It can get a little noisy, but you have to remember that this is a hostel as well. And it does cater to young clientele.
Would have preferred seperate beds but you couldnt provide that room.
No seperate beds tiny shower
The room was not comfortable and very small. The area was not nice. We only spent 1 night and left. Lppkong for a refund for the other 2 nights.
We got stuck in the elevator. Nobody came to rescue us. We waited a little bit then it started to work again. When we told it to reception staff, they didn’t even look at our face and didn’t apologize. We asked them if they receive any alert because we pressed the emergency button in the elevator. Location was really good. Rooms were not noisy even though our room looked the bar area.
Not much family friendly. After 9pm we got kicked out of the dinner/restaurant area. We had been just served our pizza when they told us to leave because children were not allowed. They should have told us when we arrived that children were not allowed it that area. Or, they should have not let us order. Or, they should have waited we finish eating to tell us . No amenities in the room, check out is too early, luggage storage is paid
First of all - the location of this hostel could not be more perfect. Maybe 10 minutes walk from Nyhavn and the theatre, no more than that to the Rosenborg castle and gardens, very close to a train/metro station. Amazing. The employees were very nice and helpful - I arrived 10 minutes before the check-in time but they checked, turned out my bed was ready and I could enter the room a bit early. It ...
If you're tall pay extra for the top bunk bed, believe me, I usually only ever treat the hostels like a place to sleep and don't spend much time there and this time wasn't any different, but the beds, while comfortable, have very little space (the bottom ones).
