Amazing beautiful and quiet oasis in the old city center So nice to be able to take a boat and use the other hôtel facilities on the Bosphorus
We had a room quite dark. Located on the 1/2 ground floor

The only thing missing is a small pool… otherwise, perfect!!
The whole experience was totally magical! The place, the history of the building, the vibe and the personal made our time in the Four Seasons totally special. Highly encourage to spend the sunset at the terrace bar and enjoy the deep slow techno music over a glass of chilled wine! Was a moment to be remembered forever.
Loved the location and the service was simply impeccable! The food was also great.
A lot of the courtyard was closed so we couldn't get a proper look at the gorgeous property, but aside from that everything was perfect.
The location is great, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also very good.Overall a good experience, but i needed a bit more for the real FS experience.
They put us in the room in the basement, which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel.I did mention it to the reception staff but nothing came out of it, i feel really bad that it lowered the experience, and hope to have a better one next time.
Total luxury! From the way the staff treated you to the fabulous amenities. Service was impeccable! Hope to stay there again in the future.

The hotel has some great qualities – the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, the location is excellent, and the room itself was large and comfortable.
However, there were a few letdowns that impacted our experience. First, the terrace – which is one of the hotel’s main attractions and a big reason we booked – was shut, with no mention of this on the website. On our last day, we were hoping to relax and have breakfast in the garden, only to find it had been closed off for a private event, which we hadn’t been informed about in advance.
