The rooms are very spacious. Great bed and amenities. Staff are very responsive and helpful. Very good location - walking distance from Carl bridge, tram and metro.
Beautiful property; wonderful staff and delicious breakfasts
We had a suite which was very spacious and with a massive bathroom. and a small study. The bedroom was also very spacious with 2 large sofas, and a TV. Extremely healthy breakfast menu, great breads and staff very obliging for out of the box requirements. There were couple of Vegan dishes in the restaurant menu and were cery good too.
The housekeeping staff did not understand English very well and there were some mix up initially. Resolved by front desk.
the location is perfect next to the Metro, easy to get everywhere.
the mattress was hard as plywood. there was only bathtub options, no shower.
Location is superb, Concierge staff were super helpful, the room and the hotel itself has an old world charm with all the modern facilities. The view from the room was awesome as well and the room spacious, peaceful and elegant. Shower etc are all very well balanced.

The location is a stone's thrown from Charles Bridge, with all the 'touristy' attractions, plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff couldn't have been more polite, accommodating or helpful. The property is steeped in Augustine history and I particularly enjoyed the tour of the chapel and the 16th/17th century books. You can drink the monks' beer (monks clearly get all the good stuff) in the monks...
I have nothing negative at all to write. The spa was under reconstruction at the time but that was a minor issue.Read more
Gem in the heart od Prague
Gorgeous property, upgraded to a larger room with views of the castle, generous with bottled water and Nespresso in the room.
Only one comment, I could not use the blow dryer provided in the bathroom, it had to be plugged into the bedroom.
