Went to pick up the car once I arrived at the airport and they told be they ran out of cars. Due to the late notice I wasn’t able to find a rental that was affordable but rather the day of price which add $200 to the bill. Very unfortunate won’t be trusting this company again

The pickup process took much longer than i expected. This had nothing to do with the people at the desk, on the contrary. I would think the paperwork can at least partly done online before picking up the car

Somehow the booking was for 3pm but we arrived at 7pm and they had given our car to someone else. We had to wait for another car. Getting the car took 90 minutes. We also had to pay for mileage, which came to about the same price as the rental. Seems like bait and switch. At least the car was clean and the return was fast and easy.

We arrived on an overnight flight like many international travelers. There was no one staffing the counter. We found out later that there was only one person working, and he was checking people in, filling gas in cars, and walking people to the cars. If took over an hour to get our car even though we were second in line. Conversely, the return was easy. But I think we got lucky in that someone spotted us in the parking lot and checked us in.

Pick up and drop off easy peasy. No lines and we were in our rental in no time after arriving Tahiti after 9 pm. Wish they didn't charge separately for miles, makes for an expensive rental. Good thing Tahiti isn't that big :)
