The car was great and super clean. The gentleman who helped check us in was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when we checked in he was the only person working and thus there was quite a long wait for us to check in but as soon as he got to us he was really efficient.

We called to extend the car by a few hours and when we went to return the shop was closed with no drop box or instructions of what do to. I was able to get in touch with someone who was very helpful and told me to return in the morning. When I returned the following morning there was a massive line of cars to the point that we were all pulled up in the street, blocking traffic. A helpful passerby helped to direct traffic to clear the obstruction from the road, as no one from either rental agency was addressing it. Eventually and gentleman came out and told me to simply leave the car and they would deal with it. I did so, but there was no formal hand off or drop-off process.
