We booked online where we were given options of pick up times ALL day. Just to be sure there was no error I called the day prior to pick up and I was ASSURED there woudl be a van for our family of 7 including an infant and grandparents to go to Disney when we arrived mid afternoon Upon arrival at 305 (we told them on phone call we would pick up mid afternoon) the office was closed!!!!! No one ONCE told us online or during a personal call that the office would be closed at 3 on a Saturday!! Can you imagine our frustration???

I booked a pick-up, received confirmation and payed for additional insurance only to receive a phone call from Enterprise that they didn’t have a vehicle for me to pick up. Outrageous! I will never try to use them again.
